Tacoma Soccer League — Adult Recreational Division • Season 2025
I acknowledge that participation in soccer and related activities organized by the Tacoma Soccer League (TSL) involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussions, and other physical injuries. I voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in TSL activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Tacoma Soccer League, its organizers, administrators, volunteers, referees, sponsors, field operators, and all other participants from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, including negligence on the part of the released parties.
I certify that I am physically fit to participate in recreational soccer activities. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize TSL representatives to seek medical assistance on my behalf and agree to be responsible for any costs incurred.
I agree to treat fellow players, referees, and staff with respect and sportsmanship at all times. Violations may result in suspension or removal from the league without refund. TSL maintains zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or physical altercations.
I grant TSL the right to photograph or record me during league activities and to use such media for promotional purposes including on the TSL website and social channels, without compensation.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSL and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of my participation or breach of this agreement.
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
